VARGAS OPINION

The trial of Mr. Alex Murdaugh had so many doubts and deficiencies.
Mr. Murdaugh was convicted of killing his wife and son without any physical evidence. The jury found him guilty because he is a liar, not because he is a criminal.
Why did the jury do that?
Because the Attorney General of South Carolina and the prosecutor emphasized the responsibility of Mr. Murdaugh as a liar, but didn’t present any evidence objectively.
The truth about this case is that everything about the crime is a mystery, This is a historical case in the United States in which a mother and a child are dead, and up to now the author of the crime is unknown.
I personally think that this case should be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States, because it is an exceptional case in which a person is convicted to spend the rest of his life in jail without any evidence.
The psychological temperament of a dog in a video should never, never be evidence to convict a person.

OBAMA’and HILLARY THE INTELLECTUAL AUTHORS of “Arab Spring” Civil Wars.

Historical Synthesis of the truth of the “ Arab Spring”.
After president Obama took possession of the White House, he publicly let Americans know that one of his priorities was to dethrone dictators who did not agree with his international policy. This led to the events of what is called “The Arab Spring”.
Everything began in 2009. During president Obama’ first trip to Egypt, he made a political speech at Cairo University indirectly attacking president Mubarak, who had already signed an agreement with Israel in order to solve the conflict with Palestine, was the representative of the Middle Eastern countries with the United States, and was considered one of the best friends of this country.
Sooner or later, after a political process of intimidations, he began asking the presidents of Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Syria to withdraw from their jobs.
EGYPT. President Mubarak, Shiite, was cast out and replaced by the Sunni terrorist group Brotherhood, backed by the American government.
In February 2017 Mr. Mubarak recovered his liberty after being in jail for five years, and Egypt is the only country where people have been living a relatively peaceful life.

YEMEN. President Salenh, Shiite, was toppled and was replaced with de facto Sunni president Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi who governs the country from Saudi Arabia where he has found refuge, due to the civil war that began after Salenh was deposed in 2014.

LIBYA . President Gaddafi, Shiite, who had reestablished a relationship with Europe and the U.S. did not resign and President Obama in retaliation, against the advice of the Army and ignoring the decision of congress, which did not find any reasonable cause to attack Libya. On one Saturday, on March, 2011, on only one day, began the invasion deploying 9.500 bombs over the country between March and October 2011, according to officials information at that time. Gaddafi who considered Obama his best friend, resisted and finally was assassinated when driving his private car moving without military protection, from SIRTE, his native city, to a nearby place in Libya, in order to sign a supposed peace agreement with Hillary Clinton, according to a BBC version at that time.

Both political parties, with a 70% majority of congressmen rejected the War in Libya, considering it absolutely unconstitutional. Democrat Kucinich, who led the opposition of his party to the War, lost his curul, because of retaliation of the White House. Gaddafi was replaced by Sunni terrorist groups. The country is still in civil war.

SYRIA. President Assad, Shiite also, rejected president Obama’s order to step down considering the international interventionism of president Obama completely absurd. Obama in retaliation decided to attack Syria.
On February 25 of 2012, in Tunis at an international CONFERENCE presided by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, with the participation of several countries, mainly Arabs: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arabs Emirates, Obama made un ALIANCE and declared an informal war against Assad-Syria.
Obama publicly declared that the Assad government was illegal and the opposition movement called Free Army of Syria was the legitimate government of Syria.

The members of the Alliance promised to contribute money and weapons and they have done so up to now. Hillary Clinton met the leader of the Free Syrian Army in Tunis and contributed $10 million dollars to begin the revolution.
A day before the Assembly, Hillary Clinton told the British anchor, Karen Deyoung: “The Rebels will from somewhere or somehow find the means to defend themselves as well as begin offensive measures”.

In 2013 the Alliance, U.S.A plus REBELS, took over ALEPO, an industrial city in Syria in a bloody combat, where both sides supposedly used chemical weapons. After four years of being controlled by the Alliance, under permanent military confrontation, the Assad Government retook total control of the city in January of 2017.

RUSSIA INTERVENTION IN THE WAR.
RUSSIA BROKERED the CHEMICAL weapon DEAL.

The Alliance and the Assad government had accused each other of using chemical weapons after Aleppo fell into the hands of the Rebels, and after many fruitless attempts to come to an agreement, in 2013, the parts involved in the conflict recurred to Russia, as independent third power, to solve the impasse. It was President Putin who brokered a deal between the U.S.A-Rebels and the Assad government, in which Assad accepted eliminating and removing all kinds of Chemical weapons from the country. The American government was in charge of transporting chemical Weapon out of Syria and depositing them in Afghanistan, to be burned and destroyed, supposedly in caves. Several countries participated in this deal and the United Nations was in charge of supervising its implementation.
President Obama has said that the Chemical Weapons were 100% out of Syria after compliance with the agreement.

RUSSIA SIDED with ASSAD. In 2015 Russia decided to join the war siding with Assad which was a surprise for Obama who thought in advance that Putin would be the person to help him kick Assad out of the country. This was the initial step that led both presidents to work separately in the war.
RUSSIA and the PEACE Treaties. For five years President Obama submitted the approval of Peace Treaties proposed by different international Organizations to the condition of ousting Assad from the government. More than 30 times in different situations Obama insisted that Assad must be cast out.

Peace Treaty WITHOUT OBAMA: ORIGEN of the fight OBAMA vs. PUTIN.
Putin negotiated a final peace treaty, after August 2016, between Russia, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, and Syria and President Obama was ignored and excluded. I imagine these two previous circumstances were the origin of the personal conflict between Obama and Putin and not the imaginary Russian political intervention in the 2016 presidential elections in U.S.A.

According to United Nations, during five years, after February 25, 2012, more that 350.000 people have been killed and approximately 5 million have abandoned Syria, a country of a population of only 25 million.

ZIMMERMAN- MARTIN, BEGAN A NEW PERIOD OF RACISM0 in U.S.A. IN 2009.

Those who in 2019 blame everybody of being racist, were the same people who renewed the battle of RACISM IN 2009.

Jury rejected the political and racial intimidation that was surrounding the case and decided according to legal rules.

I met four friends to have a cup of coffee in a public café. Everything was peaceful, until we heard, at the next table, another group screaming at each other, arguing different points of view, related to the case Zimmerman-Martin. We also brought the case to our table and after an emotional hate filled discussion, we dissolved the meeting and everybody left the restaurant to go their ways without saying goodbye to each other.

In the discussion, the names of the president of the republic, Attorney General, politicians, correspondents, anchors and many other characters of the drama, were subjects of the discussion
Mr. Holder Attorney General had announced publicly at the beginning of the criminal case that he would charge Mr. Zimmerman for Violation of the Civil Rights of Mr. Trayvon Martin, a statement which moved the Judicial System of Florida to arrest and initiate a process for Homicide in the Second Degree against Mr. Zimmerman.

Simultaneously, Mr. Obama, the President of the Republic made some inappropriate remarks, like “ Trayvon could have been me 30 years ago” , “ if the boy had been white the outcome would have been different”, statements which were considered by public opinion as interference by the Executive with the functions of the Judicial Branch.

I asked myself, why a group of friends move from the normal, rational process of exchanging knowledge to a hate filled discussion on a criminal procedure which is of the exclusive competences of the judicial system?.

Rational concept is the synthesis of the evaluation of opposite’s theories. Emotional criteria on the contrary, are the result of preliminary bias embedded in the conscience of a person.

Who could have the power to embed hatred inside the collective mind of the American people?
Are the American people of the most powerful country of the world, using the decision making process, based on emotional reactions instead of the natural rational process of developing knowledge?

Is it why some leaders could easily control the political conscience of the society, creating reciprocal hate, confrontation, rivalry and division?
These are some question for the American people to answer.
Those who came from underdeveloped nations, to the most civilized country in the world, are disconcerted.

The facts of this story transcribed absolutely as stated by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford with her own words tell everybody the reality of this political embroilment.
The objective of this analysis is to help Psychologist Ford, the accuser, prepare answers to some elementary questions she will be asked in the informal hearing which will be held at the Judicial Committee of the Senate of the United State of America, determined in a previous agreement between the parts, for Thursday September 27, 2018.
“Ford said that, one summer in the early 1980, kavanaugh and a friend, both stumbling drunk, corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teenagers at a house in Montgomery County while his friend watched, she said. Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempted to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth. ‘I thought he might inadvertently kill me,’ said FORD, now a 51 year old research psychologist in northern California. ‘He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing’. Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.”

“Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012 when she was in couple therapy with her husband.”
(Why didn’t she tell anybody and kept it to herself for decades until 2012 when she imagined Mr. Kavanaugh might be nominated for the Supreme Court?)
“The therapist’s notes, a portion of which were provided by FORD and reviewed by the Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh but said she reported that she was attacked by students from an elitist boy’s school who went on to become highly respected and high ranking members of the society in Washington. Ford says it was an error on the therapist’s part. FORD said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.” )
“Her husband Russell Ford said that in the 2012 session he said he recalled that his wife used Kavanaugh’s last name and voiced concerned that Kavanaugh, then a federal Judge, might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.”

“Her Holton-Arms friends mostly hung out with boys from the Landon School but for a period of several months socialized regularly with students of George Town Prep.”

“Ford said she does not remember how the gathering came together the night of the incident.”
“She said she often spent time in the summer at the Columbia Country Club where in those pre-cell phone days teenagers learned about gatherings via word of mouth.”

“She also doesn’t recall who owned the house or how she got there.”

“She remembers that it was in Montgomery County not far from the Country Club and that no parents were home at the time.”
“Ford names two other teenagers. Both denied Mrs. Ford’s version.”

“She said she recalls a small family room where she and a handful of others drank beer together that night. She said that each person had one beer but that Kavanaugh and Mr. Judge had started drinking earlier and were heavily intoxicated. She is not sure how she got home.”

“She said she has not spoken with Kavanaugh since that day.”

“She told no one at the time what had happened to her. She said that she would be in trouble if her parents realized she had been at a party where teenagers were drinking and she worried they might figure it out even if she did not tell them.”

“Years later after going though psychotherapy Ford said, she came to understand the incident as a trauma, with lasting impact on her life. She said than in the long term it contributed to anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms with which she has struggled.”

Ejercicios Militares en VISPERAS del SUMMIT.
Los ejercicios Militares en vísperas del SUMMIT ordenados por la Secretaria de Defensa, supuestamente sin consultar previamente con el presidente Trump, fue un acto sospechoso de saboteo contra el SUMMIT, y la reacción negativa de Corea era completamente Lógica y previsible.
La secretaria de Defensa se ha constituido en un obstáculo permanente para el presidente Trump celebrar pacto de paz con Syria. Cada vez que el presidente sugiere retirar las tropas de Syria ( 2.000 ) y fomentar un tratado de Paz con Assad, misteriosamente han aparecido dos supuestos ataques químicos contra la población civil, los cuales han forzado al presidente a atacar a Syria sin ninguna razón justificativa y sin que los intereses de Estados Unidos estén en peligro. El segundo, en Abril, el presidente Trump en un discurso en Ohio dijo que retiraría las tropas de Syria muy pronto, un día, 24 horas mas tarde, la secretaría de Defensa, contrariando la voluntad presidencial públicamente informo que Estados Unidos no retiraría las tropas, que al contrario incrementaría las fuerzas militares en Syria y continuaría la lucha contra ISIS. (el ISIS ya no existe, fue destruido por TRUMP,al elimina sus fuentes financieras). Cinco dias después apareció un video registrado en una Aldea de Syria con características sospechosas, mostrando los efectos de un nuevo ataque químico, sin ninguna evidencia anexa, forzando por segunda vez al presidente en contra de su voluntad, a ejecutar acciones aéreas contra Syria, en coalición con Francia e Inglaterra, coalición coordinada directamente por la Secretaria de Estado.
El video que causo este ataque, mostraba un grupo de niños felices que jugaban recibiendo chorros de agua que brotaban de una manguera que portaba un individuo elegantemente vestido, como si estuvieran en un picnic infantil.

LYBIA MODELO SIMILAR a COREA: Bolton y vice-presidente Pence.
El mundo diplomático se horrorizo cuando escucho que el asistente personal y el vice-presidente del Presidente Trump comparaban las negociaciones de Corea con el tratado de paz con Lybia. .
El nombramiento de Mr. Bolton como asistente del Presidente Trump, durante la iniciación del proceso de PAZ entre U.S.A y Corea, fue una sorpresa inexplicable. Mr. Bolton es conocido por ser intervencionista internacional, pertenecer al Establecimiento Republicano, que aun no se ha adaptado al sistema administrativo del presidente, y haber tenido buenas relaciones políticas con el presidente Obama. El señor Bolton le dio al tratado de paz de LIBIA el carácter de MODELO diplomático y lo comparo similar al probable Tratado de Paz con Corea. Esto es un exabrupto. Inexplicablemente el Vicepresidente Pence, respaldo la tesis de Mr. Bolton . Que fuerzas poderosas influyeron al vicepresidente a aceptar esta absurda teoría que era elemental suponer destruiría toda posibilidad de ejecutar el Tratado de Paz con Corea. El vicepresidente es un ciudadano de excelente conducta social y política, pero su posición, infortunadamente, deja en la mente de los americanos una duda, difícil de aclarar.

Celebro contratos petroleros con Inglaterra, fue recibido con honores por el presidente Francés en el palacio presidencial donde se celebro un contrato por 5billones de dólares, y a pesar de haber negado enfáticamente tener responsabilidad, hizo un acuerdo con el presidente Bush para indemnizar las familias de las víctimas de la explosión criminal del Avión de Pan An en 1988, en territorio británico, en cual murieron docenas de americanos.
En el 2009 en una Asamblea de las U.N, Gadaffi fue recibido en Nueva York por el presidente Obama como gran amigo e hicieron elegíos recíprocos de amistad y lealtad y Gadaffi dijo que Obama era su hijo africo-americano predilecto.

En el 2010, Obama concede libertad condicional del señor Abel Al Migrahi autor del crimen del Avion de Pan An en 1988.
En el 2010 en la conferencia de los 20 , Presidente Obama de común acuerdo con el presidente de Inglaterra, atendiendo una petición de Gadaffi, concede la libertad condicional al autor del crimen de la explosión del Avion de PanAn, en 1988, señor Abel Al Migrahi, trasladándolo de la cárcel donde estaba detenido pagando pena de por vida a una cárcel de Libya su país de origen, donde fue recibido como un héroe nacional. Obama públicamente justifico esta decisión argumentando razones humanitarias.
OBAMA INVADE A LYBIA EN EL 2011. Etapa FINAL del Modelo Lybia. “Arabe Spring” DESTITUCION DE PRESIDENTES..

En el 2011, a pesar de las excelentes relaciones comerciales y políticas de Gadaffi con otros países y principalmente con Estados Unidos, el Presidente Obama decide destituir presidentes, posiblemente con la asesoría impositiva de la Secretaria de Defensa, y le ordena renunciar a los presidentes de Libia, Egipto, Syria y Yemen, y posteriormente incluye el presidente de Ukrania. Los presidentes de Libia y Syria rechazaron la orden del presidente Obama, no renunciaron y como castigo comenzaron las invasiones, directa o indirectamente. Egipto y Yemen renunciaron después de un largo periodo de violencia de amenazas y retaliaciones. Siete calendarios después, Libia, Yemen y Syria están todavía afrontando una guerra civil , cruel, con miles de víctimas.
El primer día de invasión a Lybia, posiblemente un Sábado, Estados Unidos lanzo según estimación de la prensa, descargas aéreas de cientos de bombas regadas a lo largo del país en 24 horas, y el presidente Gaddaffi fue asesinado, en forma desconocida, después de haberse negado a renunciar la presidencia de su país, que un presidente de otro país le había ordenado realizar.
El congreso se opone a la invasión. El congreso por las dos terceras partes de demócratas y republicanos rechazo la autorización que el presidente Obama solicito para invadir Libia. El congresista Kusinish fue uno de los demócratas que se opusieron y partir de ese momento ha sido perseguido por su partido por deslealtad a Obama. En las primarias fue rechazado como candidato a una gobernación. Ha sido llamado por sus copartidarios el jefe de los Blue Dogs.
Los Militares también se opusieron. Cinco generales representantes de todas las fuerzas armadas de Estados Unidos escribieron una carta al presidente Obama aconsejándole no invadir a Libia.
Inclusive el Secretario de Defensa aconsejo al Presidente no invadir a Lybia. por ser una decisión inconstitucional y el presidente Obama lo ignoro.

OBAMA DEBERIA EXPLICAR AL MUNDO LAS RAZONES DE ESTAS INVASIONES.
Obama, por el bien de su futuro histórico, debería explicar al mundo político estas decisiones que han afectado su pasado y el prestigio universal de Estados Unidos, considerándolo, como, el POLICIA intervencionista internacional. Algunas veces los analistas que investigamos hechos ocultos en las administraciones, creemos que hubo coacciones internas del grupo de asesores musulmanes árabes dentro de su gobierno, por las cuales Obama ordeno las invasiones a esos cinco países, teniendo en consideración que coincidencialmente todos estos países son de orientación religiosa SHIITA, que mantienen un conflicto histórico con los SUNNIES
En Estados Unidos la prensa y el pueblo ha ocultado esta periodo de terror, pero en el exterior, en las organizaciones internacionales incluyendo la ONU, y el mundo árabe, temen con pavor que esta etapa histórica se repita en el futuro y Corea tiene razón de reaccionar negativamente ante el anuncio semioficial de que en el tratado de paz establezca el modelo Lybio. Destitución individual de presidentes.
Muchos sicólogos consideran que la decisión de destituir presidentes de otros países se debió a su carácter narcisista nacionalmente conocido en nuestro país, respaldado por sus funcionarios altos quienes decían que el presidente Obama vivía en una urna de cristal y no eran recibidos directamente por el presidente en la Casa Blanca. ACUERDOS DE PAZ EN COLOMBIA. Breve síntesis.
Primer capitulo.

El 9 de Abril 1948 se celebra la NOVENA Conferencia PANAMERICANA en Bogotá. Laureano Gómez jefe del partido conservador que está en el poder es el organizador y presidente de la conferencia. A la Conferencia asistieron 21 países, se creó EL Banco Interamericano, la Unión Panamericana, y aprobaron innumerables tratados multilaterales.

ASESINATO DE JORGE ELIECER GAITAN.
El ultimo día en que se firmaría el TRATADO MILITAR DE DEFENSA internacional reciproca contra RUSIA, denominado, “TRUMAN-OSPINA”, se asesina el socialista candidato presidencial, eminente abogado, Jorge Eliecer GAITAN. El crimen se efectuó a la una de la tarde, en la esquina, o intersección de la Avenida Jiménez con la Carrera Séptima de Bogotá, cincuenta metros distante de su oficina profesional a tres cuadras de la presidencia de la republica.
FIDEL CASTRO, a la edad de 22, es sospechoso del crimen.
En el proceso jurídico hubo solamente dos acusados: un obrero anónimo de apellido Roa, y Fidel Castro, futuro dictador Cubano. En su defensa en memorial dirigido al Juez investigador el señor Fidel Castro reconoció haber estado en Bogotá el día de la Conferencia, haberse entrevistado con el Leader Gaitán en su oficina profesional minutos antes del asesinato, hecho que apareció registrado en el Libro de audiencias del abogado Gaitán, y haber regresado a Cuba o México después del crimen en un avión expreso que lo esperaba en el aeropuerto, pero rechazo toda participación en el asesinato.

PACTOS DE PAZ entre 1948 y el 2017

Pacto de paz entre LIBERALES y CONSERVADORES. 1957.
El asesinato del Abogado Gaitán en 1948 causa la insubordinación nacional del pueblo contra el gobierno conservador, la ciudad de BOGOTA es incendiada y surge la violencia política partidista hasta 1957 fecha en que el Dictador Rojas Pinilla es depuesto, después de pacificar el país. Los Liberales y Conservadores, Lleras Camargo, Laureano Gómez y Ospina Pérez se unen, hacen el primer PACTO DE PAZ, denominado, Pacto de Benidorm, complementado con el Pacto de Sitges, crean el FRENTE NACIONAL y se distribuye el Gobierno alternativamente entre 1958 y 1974.

FARC. El petróleo y el Terrorismo. Cuba y Venezuela centro de operaciones de las FARC. Las FARC se declara COMUNISTA con respaldo internacional.
Los ideólogos comunistas europeos consideran a Colombia como el único país capitalista de Latinoamérica. Potencias internacionales, usan la intermediación de Castro en Cuba y de Chávez en Venezuela, organizan grupos anarquistas dentro del sindicalismo y los mezclan con los líderes de la revolución política nacional surgida por el asesinato de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán, y de esa combinación de rebeldes y terroristas, surge las FARC cuyo poder llega en un momento dado a controlar la totalidad del país.
Entre 1980 y 1990, el grupo guerrillero Farc se declara oficialmente movimiento comunista y con la complicidad internacional de líderes y países europeos socialistas de esa época, incluyendo Chirac y Mitterrand de Francia, Alemania, Holanda, y el PRI de México se fortalecen e incrementan su capacidad combativa. Estos países les permite organizar oficinas publicitarias en sus países.
La teoría de los izquierdistas es que controlando el petrolero en los países capitalistas es el medio mas eficaz de hacer las revoluciones.

En Colombia las FARC, ubican su centro de operaciones en el sector petrolero de Barrancabermeja y el ELN, Ejercito de Liberación Nacional, invade el área petrolera en Antioquia y en la misma forma que las FARC, utilizan el secuestro, la extorsión, el chantaje y la cocaína como fuente principal de sus ingresos. Ambos movimientos surgen después de la revolución comunista de Cuba en 1960. Fidel Castro y el Che Guevara son los principales dirigentes de la revolución.
Últimamente Rusia y Syria, han acusado a Estados Unidos supuestamente, de haber usado un terrorismo disfrazado, durante el Gobierno del presidente Obama, al apoyar REBELDES O REVOLUCIONARIOS nacionales que dio origen a las guerras civiles en Syria, Libia y Yemen por intereses petroleros.
El comunismo europeo clasificaba las FARC, como una fuerza reaccionaria internacional anticapitalista. Estados Unidos y la organización de países antiterroristas, surgida después del ataque de Al- QAEDA a Estados Unidos en Septiembre del 2001 los radica, como el segundo movimiento terrorista más sanguinario del mundo, después de Al-QAEDA. Rusia y China y los países europeos finalmente se solidarizan con Estados Unidos.

PACTO DE PAZ del Presidente BELISARIO BETANCOUR- 1982-1986.
En 1982 el Presidente Betancourt inicia el proceso de paz con los subversivos, crea comisiones de paz, se realiza entrega de armas en muchas regiones y el Congreso les concede el privilegio de la Admitía e Indulto.
El ATAQUE al Palacio de JUSTICIA. Frustra el Pacto. Diez Magistrados de la Corte SUPREMA son asesinados.
Después de un largo periodo de transacciones en que se movilizan libremente a través del país, súbitamente se asesina al Ministro de Justicia Lara Bonilla del gobierno del presidente Betancourt, se ataca y se incendia el Ministerio de Justicia. Diez Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia son ASESINADOS, y más de cincuenta inocentes ciudadanos, incluyendo los abogados que trabajaban en la Corte en ese momento fallecen en medio de la violencia.
Las Farc no estaban interesadas en el convenio de paz. Solamente querían una tregua para rehabilitarse.

PACTO DE PAZ del Presidente PASTRANA- 1998-2002. El jefe de Farc no FIRMA el Convenio.
El presidente Pastrana, siguiendo el ejemplo del Presidente Betancourt delimita una área territorial de miles de hectáreas equivalente a varios Estados de Estados Unidos, llamada San Juan del Chaguan, como centro de negociaciones. El Ejército y la Policía se retiran a sus cuarteles para evitar conflictos armados por orden del presidente.
El Comité Internacional integrado por delegados de las Naciones Unidas, la Cruz Roja y varios ex presidentes, encargado de supervisar el pacto, en asocio con el presidente Pastrana, se presentaron a la mesa de negociaciones para firmar el convenio según fecha acordada, pero el jefe guerrillero de apellido Marulanda, o Tiro Fijo, su nombre de combate, nunca se presento a firmar el convenio.
Durante el periodo de negociaciones la guerrilla incremento su capacidad combativa con 23 nuevos grupos terroristas los cuales ocuparon varios Estados que antes no estaban bajo el control FARC.
Después del 2000, surgen los PARAMILITARES, y con el respaldo del pueblo colombiano agobiado por el secuestro, en una guerra sanguinaria, derrotan las Farc en el área del MAGDALENA MEDIO, y comienza su decadencia y la dominación territorial de los paramilitares..

ACUEROS DE PAZ EN COLOMBIA.. Segundo Capitulo.

EL ATAQUE de AL-QAEDA a ESTADOS UNIDOS en Septiembre del 2001. Se inicia un nuevo sistema de REACCION MILITAR contra el terrorismo.

El presidente BUSH inicia su gobierno, reemplaza al Presidente Clinton. Viene el ataque terrorista el 11 de Septiembre del 2001.
AL-QAEDA ataca las Torres Gemelas de Nueva York el Pentágono en Washington. y ejecuta una masacre inhumana de inocentes pasajeros del avión en Pensilvana, en la cual fueron asesinados 3.000 ciudadanos
Surge un nuevo sistema político de combatir el terrorismo militarmente.
Estados Unidos ejerce una supuesta retaliación contra Hussein y declara la guerra a Irag, con aprobación unánime del congreso, por posible complicidad con Al-QAEDA. Y se establece un plan de combate militar contra el terrorismo internacional.

Presidente URIBE- 2002-2010. .
El presidente Uribe propone nuevamente un PACTO de PAZ, se inicia el proceso, pero la situación internacional cambia. Las Farc pierden sus benefactores y son rechazados universalmente. Fidel Castro es registrado en los anales de la mayoría de los países como un terrorista de sangre fría. El presidente Chávez está en contradicción con Estados Unidos, y ni Rusia ni China ni México y ningún país europeo respalda las Farc

Presidente BUSH respalda al Presidente URIBE. 2002-2010.
Estados Unidos ratifica el embargo y suspende las relativas relaciones diplomáticas con Cuba. Bloquea a Venezuela comercialmente. Y lo objeta en las Naciones Unidas.
Bush provee ayuda militar y económica a Uribe. Crea Nueve bases militares en Colombia, tecnifica el sistema ofensivo nocturno, continúa con el Plan Colombia creado por el Presidente Clinton, proveyendo un promedio de 500 millones de dólares anualmente. La unificación militar y política de estos dos presidentes expulsa la guerrilla del interior del país, y los reduce a un grupo minoritario menor de 5.000 unidades que se exila en las áreas fronterizas con Venezuela y Ecuador.

OBAMA respalda a Santos 2010 a 2016. OBAMA restablece relaciones con CUBA Y VENEZUELA. Renace la Guerrilla.

Obama elimina las 9 bases militares que había creado Bush, retira la ayuda militar y económica y elimina el Plan Colombia creado por Clinton.
Obama, se opone al Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos y exige intervención del sindicalismo para aprobarlo. La guerrilla se fortalece relativamente pero el ejército y la policía ejercen el control nacional.

TRUMP elegido PRESIDENTE en el 2016. Eliminar el TERRORISMO en el mundo su principal programa.

En el 2016 hay elecciones en Estados Unidos. Trump promete luchar contra el terrorismo y acusa a Obama de protegerlo. El grupo terrorista ISIS surge como un satélite paralelo en el 2013, en la lucha por derrocar el presidente Assad, en la guerra declarada por Obama contra Syria sin autorización del congreso. La Casa Blanca había prohibido el uso de la palabra terrorista considerando el término ofensivo a los rebeldes.
La lucha contra ISIS y el terrorismo mundial de cualquier país del mundo fue la fuente de votación que condujo al presidente Trump a la presidencia en la campaña presidencial.

PACTO DE PAZ Obama-Farc-Santos.-2016-2017.Tratado de Paz a Prisa.

A pesar que las Farc es un grupo en completa decadencia sin respaldo internacional debido a que Cuba se ha aliado con Estados Unidos, y Venezuela está en quiebra moral y económica total, según el Representante personal del Presidente Obama en la Comisión Intermediaria en Cuba, las Farc “SALVARAN A COLOMBIA ECONOMICAMENTE ”
Presumiendo la pérdida del gobierno en las elecciones del 2016 y después del triunfo de Trump, Obama presiona la firma del Pacto de Paz con las Farc. El Secretario de Estado Kerry orienta las negociaciones y se reúne con Londoño en Cuba.

Estatutos: Cuba, Venezuela y Noruega los enemigos de Colombia, son designados los supervisores originarios del plan. Esto significa co-administradores del país. El convenio contempla, reforma de la Constitución, reforma del sistema Judicial, reforma agraria asignación de un cupo de curules en el congreso seleccionado directamente por el Jefe de las guerrillas sin votación popular y otros innumerables beneficios.
La máxima ambición de los colombianos es vivir en paz y darle oportunidad a todos los insurgentes de integrarse a la sociedad. Pero este Pacto de Paz auspiciado por el presidente Obama indudablemente es una ofensa y un insulto para el pueblo colombiano.
Los tratados de Paz generalmente se ejecutan entre una fuerza vencida o debilitada y otra dominante. En el caso de este tratado la fuerza dominante ha sido las FARC y la fuerza vencida ha sido el pueblo colombiano representado por el presidente de la republica.

Obama en OSLO había dicho, contra los terroristas, al recibir el Premio Nobel de la Paz”

“Yo entiendo el mundo como es. No puedo permanecer indiferente ante una amenaza al pueblo americano. Para no equivocarme. Maldad existe en el mundo. Un movimiento de paz no hubiera podido frenar los ejércitos de Hitler. Negociaciones de Paz no convencen a los líderes de deponer las armas. Esa fuerza Militar en Afganistán se justifica para enfrentar al demonio y parar esa organización inhumana y perversa”.

ACUERDOS DE PAZ EN COLOMBIA. Breve síntesis.

Primer capitulo.

El 9 de Abril 1948 se celebra la NOVENA Conferencia PANAMERICANA  en Bogotá. Laureano Gómez jefe del partido conservador que está en el poder es el organizador y presidente de la conferencia. A la Conferencia asistieron 21 países, se creó EL Banco Interamericano, la Unión Panamericana, y aprobaron innumerables tratados multilaterales.

ASESINATO DE JORGE ELIECER GAITAN.

El ultimo día en que se firmaría el TRATADO MILITAR DE DEFENSA  internacional reciproca contra RUSIA, denominado, “TRUMAN-OSPINA”, se asesina el socialista candidato presidencial, eminente abogado, Jorge Eliecer GAITAN. El crimen se efectuó a la una de la tarde, en la esquina, o intersección de la Avenida Jiménez con la Carrera Séptima de Bogotá, cincuenta metros distante de su oficina profesional a tres cuadras de la presidencia de la republica.

FIDEL CASTRO, a la edad de 22, es sospechoso del crimen.

En el proceso jurídico hubo solamente dos acusados: un obrero anónimo de apellido Roa, y  Fidel Castro, futuro dictador Cubano. En su defensa en memorial dirigido al Juez investigador el señor Fidel Castro reconoció haber estado en Bogotá  el día de la Conferencia, haberse entrevistado con el Leader Gaitán en su oficina profesional minutos antes del asesinato, hecho que apareció registrado en el Libro de audiencias del abogado Gaitán, y haber regresado a Cuba o México después del crimen en un avión expreso que lo esperaba en el aeropuerto, pero rechazo toda participación en el asesinato.

PACTOS DE PAZ entre 1948 y el 2017

Pacto de paz entre LIBERALES y CONSERVADORES. 1957.

El asesinato del Abogado Gaitán en 1948 causa la insubordinación nacional del pueblo contra el gobierno conservador, la ciudad de BOGOTA es incendiada y surge la violencia política partidista  hasta  1957 fecha en que el Dictador Rojas Pinilla es depuesto, después de pacificar el país. Los  Liberales y Conservadores, Lleras Camargo, Laureano Gómez y Ospina Pérez  se unen, hacen el primer PACTO DE PAZ, denominado, Pacto de Benidorm, complementado con el Pacto de Sitges, crean el FRENTE NACIONAL y se distribuye el Gobierno alternativamente entre 1958 y 1974.

FARC. El petróleo y el Terrorismo. Cuba y Venezuela centro de operaciones de las FARC. Las FARC se declara COMUNISTA con respaldo internacional.

Los ideólogos comunistas europeos consideran a Colombia como el único país capitalista de Latinoamérica. Potencias internacionales, usan la intermediación de Castro en Cuba y de Chávez en Venezuela, organizan grupos anarquistas dentro del sindicalismo y los mezclan con los líderes de la revolución política nacional surgida por el asesinato de Jorge Eliecer Gaitán, y de esa combinación de rebeldes y terroristas, surge las FARC cuyo poder llega en un momento dado a controlar la totalidad del país.

Entre 1980 y 1990, el grupo guerrillero Farc se declara oficialmente movimiento comunista y con la  complicidad  internacional de líderes y países europeos socialistas de esa época, incluyendo Chirac y Mitterrand de Francia, Alemania, Holanda, y el PRI  de México se fortalecen e incrementan su capacidad combativa. Estos países les permite organizar oficinas publicitarias en sus países.

La teoría de los izquierdistas es que controlando el petrolero en los países capitalistas es el medio mas eficaz de hacer las revoluciones.

En Colombia las FARC, ubican su centro de operaciones en el sector petrolero de Barrancabermeja y el ELN, Ejercito de Liberación Nacional, invade el área petrolera en Antioquia y en la misma forma que las FARC, utilizan el secuestro, la extorsión, el chantaje y la cocaína como fuente principal de sus ingresos. Ambos movimientos surgen después de la revolución comunista de Cuba en 1960. Fidel Castro y el Che Guevara son los principales dirigentes de la revolución.

Últimamente Rusia y Syria, han acusado a Estados Unidos supuestamente, de haber usado un terrorismo disfrazado, durante el Gobierno del presidente Obama, al apoyar REBELDES O REVOLUCIONARIOS nacionales que dio origen a las guerras civiles en  Syria, Libia y Yemen por intereses petroleros.

El comunismo europeo clasificaba las FARC,  como una fuerza reaccionaria internacional anticapitalista. Estados Unidos y la organización de países antiterroristas, surgida después del ataque de Al- QAEDA a Estados Unidos en Septiembre del 2001 los radica, como el segundo movimiento terrorista más sanguinario del mundo, después de Al-QAEDA. Rusia y China y los países europeos finalmente se solidarizan con Estados Unidos.

PACTO DE PAZ del Presidente BELISARIO BETANCOUR- 1982-1986.

En 1982 el Presidente Betancourt inicia el proceso de paz con los subversivos, crea comisiones de paz, se realiza entrega de armas en muchas regiones y el Congreso les concede el privilegio  de la Admitía e Indulto.

El  ATAQUE al Palacio de JUSTICIA. Frustra el Pacto. Diez Magistrados de la Corte SUPREMA son asesinados.

Después de un largo periodo de transacciones en que se movilizan libremente a través del país, súbitamente se asesina al Ministro de Justicia Lara Bonilla del gobierno  del presidente Betancourt, se ataca y se incendia el Ministerio de Justicia. Diez Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia son ASESINADOS, y más de cincuenta  inocentes ciudadanos, incluyendo los abogados que trabajaban en la Corte en ese momento fallecen en medio de la violencia.

Las Farc no estaban interesadas en el convenio de paz. Solamente querían una tregua para rehabilitarse.

PACTO DE PAZ del Presidente PASTRANA- 1998-2002. El jefe de Farc no FIRMA el Convenio.

El presidente Pastrana, siguiendo el ejemplo del Presidente Betancourt delimita una área territorial de miles de hectáreas equivalente a varios Estados de Estados Unidos, llamada San Juan del Chaguan, como centro de negociaciones. El Ejército y la Policía se retiran a sus cuarteles para evitar conflictos armados por orden del presidente.

El Comité Internacional integrado por  delegados de las Naciones Unidas, la Cruz Roja y varios ex presidentes, encargado de supervisar el pacto, en asocio con el presidente  Pastrana,  se presentaron a la mesa de negociaciones para firmar el convenio según fecha acordada, pero el jefe guerrillero de apellido Marulanda, o Tiro Fijo, su nombre de combate, nunca se presento a firmar el convenio.

Durante el periodo de negociaciones la guerrilla incremento su capacidad combativa con 23 nuevos grupos terroristas los cuales ocuparon varios Estados que antes no estaban bajo el control FARC.

Después del 2000, surgen los PARAMILITARES, y con el respaldo del pueblo colombiano agobiado por el secuestro, en una guerra sanguinaria, derrotan las Farc en el área del  MAGDALENA MEDIO, y comienza su decadencia y la dominación territorial de los paramilitares..
